The following changes were made via git since version 10.0.47…
- Report issue should parse as canonical version format
- Relevant changes for UTF-8 testing
- Incorrect placement of globals
- $id could be null; need a guard for that
- Misc test fixes + ipv6 support (UNTESTED)
- Remove debug line (also previous commit does NOT work)
- More upgrader preparations for v11
- Additional upgrader improvements
- Actually it should still upgrade upgrader2 and crypt_master first
- Significantly improve detection of what addon files should be upgraded
- Upgrader should always update archived addons when possible

This release will be paired with a version 11 beta1 release hopefully in a few days. The main purpose of these two releases is to allow the community to begin testing upgrading from version 10 to version 11.
