Email integration bits I agree with.

"If email integration is not enabled, perhaps Composr can generate a password" - I don't agree with this bit. You might as well just deny guest ticket access and make them sign up, same effect, less complexity and code.

Less complexity but more frustration for the user experience in my opinion. Not everyone would want to have to create an account just to communicate about a support issue. In fact, that may scare people away, leaving website staff (of websites that do not generally require account sign-up) without email integration the issue of guests not reporting site problems because of being forced to sign up.

Ok, I agree actually, because I can see how it ties in with the email integration -- which may have to be from a guest if the email integration is used and we can't get a bind.
