Summary2905: Show message on change detection refresh
DescriptionSince change detection no longer jumps the page on refresh (thank you Chris ^^), it may be useful to have an AJAX message, say, in the bottom right (similar to how the chat system does it) indicating new content has been detected.

I noticed the notification beep plays on change detection. But users don't necessarily know that means something new was added.

I've become a fan of the Toast JS library. This would do nicely here.
