| Description | Addon disabling as well as uninstalling. The advantages to disabling are: * that the files continue to be upgraded with new upgrades (addons do this too - but only if people do not delete their .tar files). * that no data is lost when toggling. | ||||

Nah, permissions work just fine. Having different states of installation would be a usability issue. |
