The new catalogue-based issue tracker is now online. You can view the zone by clicking here.
Currently, it doesn't do much except link you to the catalogue containing the issues (all but one issue from Mantis has been migrated over). When my financial situation improves, I will work on this more to present a better and faster interface.
Some caveats with the migration:
- Hotfix archives (TAR files) failed to migrate over; they are not included for any past issues (but will be for future issues)
- Sponsorships through points are not yet supported; I'll work on this when (and if) I resume Composr development
- When you report an issue, do not copy/paste stack traces or text directly; put them inside Comcode [code] tags so that the site does not try to process Comcode/Tempcode that may exist in your text. Better yet, just take a screenshot and post it as an attachment in a comment.
- Most attachments migrated over (they are presented as media items from the File/Media library). However, there may be a few that did not; Composr has a stricter standard for which files are allowed.
- To "monitor" an issue, go to the catalogue entry and click "Enable comment notifications". Whenever someone edits the issue (e.g., status), a system comment will be posted informing that edits were made (and this triggers notifications for those subscribed)
- If you monitored an issue on Mantis, then comment notifications are already enabled for you on that issue in the new catalogue
- You will automatically be enabled for comment notifications when you add a new issue (catalogue entry)
- You cannot enable notifications on the catalogue or its categories; you can only monitor comments on entries. This is a security measure so security exploits are not leaked.
- The "report issue" wizard was modified to use the new issue tracker. I haven't thoroughly tested it, but it seems to be working. You can also report issues by adding an entry into the catalogue through the CMS Zone.
Please let me know if you experience any issues. Be aware that browsing the issues is currently very slow. If you need to get to a specific issue by ID, you can use the legacy Mantis URL format https://composr.app/tracker/view.php?id=tracker_id_here and it will redirect you to the entry.

Fixed. Does it work now?
