After an investigation, I determined not every member who should have received an e-mail about these measures received one. This was due to a software bug where the newsletter system considered your option for whether *members* can send you e-mail, when it should have been considering the option for whether *staff* can send you e-mail. So some people did not get the e-mail who were opted in to staff e-mails because they opted out of member e-mails.

As such, the results of these measures shall be considered null and void. A new vote on these two measures, along with a third measure regarding the Composr constitution, will be sent out and included as a news entry as well just in case, on October 1.
