IRC channel moving to Libera.Chat

Hello all,

We have had an IRC channel on the FreeNode network for quite a while, as the live support channel for Composr.

However, the FreeNode network has recently suffered a hostile takeover by a corporation and their volunteer support staff have resigned enmasse to create Libera.Chat.

As a result, the #composrcms channel is now hosted on Libera.Chat. The IRC channel linked to admins in the footer of Composr sites is now incorrect unless you apply the patch.

For anyone curious what happened here, it looks like (basically) after the original founder of FreeNode passed, someone volunteered to take over the daily management but surreptitiously moved the domain name into a company they owned/controlled entirely by themselves, and then sold that company. None of what transpired was really apparent to the volunteer staff until years later, when the 'owner' started taking control of critical infrastructure. Recently as other communities have been migrating away from FreeNode, the new FreeNode administrators have been hijacking the old channels by taking over direct moderation of them and removing the old moderators (irrespective of the wishes of the FOSS projects themselves).
