Good news. After a long time of Composr 10 being inactive, I am almost ready to release patch version 10.0.44 for download and for upgrading. There will be a lot of bug fixes in this release including a major bug fix regarding IP banning and the .htaccess file. This release will be strongly advised for all Composr installs due to this bug and the number of other bugs that were fixed. A few non-bundled addons have also been fixed, especially the workflows addon. These will need to be updated separately after updating Composr itself. The upgrader should guide you.

Normally, we do not run the full unit test suite on patch releases. But given it has been a long time since that has been done, I am running most unit tests on 10.0.44 for both Windows and Linux. This means additional bugs which previously have been unseen will also be fixed.

A news article will be published as usual when the release is up. The estimated release date is Friday, the 15th of December, 2023.

I will keep this thread open for discussion of 10.0.44. However, bugs should be reported to the tracker.
 

Unit testing is almost complete for 10.0.44. I expect to have it out either later tonight or sometime tomorrow. Unfortunately, there are a few things I am not able to test on Linux, so any bugs you find in 10.0.44, please report on the tracker once it is released.

Unfortunately, 10.0.44 will be further delayed; I don't have access to get it up on the Composr website at this time. It is ready to go. So as soon as I can get access, it will be released.
