New to Composr here.  Looking at it as a possible solution for a class reunion website.  Is there a way to "hold" new member registrations from full access until validated by an administrator?

Yes, there's an option named "Require member validation" in Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > User/usergroup options > Joining.

This is working well.  

Just wondering….I get an email notification when someone has filled out and submitted the "Join" form.  Is there anyway to generate one when they've validated their email address?

There's no feature for that, sorry.
