I am attempting to provide a RSS feed of only the Hokkaido News which is #14

The filter does not seem to work as this feed has posts from all news catagories.

Testing shows it having issues, I'll have to get back to you on this.

The parameter was renamed to 'select', not 'filter'. Try select=14.
