This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occurring within the standard output framework). I tried to refresh and results in:
ERROR 503 - Service Unavailable!

Please contact the webmaster with any queries.
So guessing the server is maxed out but wanted to report this to be safe
