How to make a menu or a clickable button so that they can be accessed without logging in to your account?
Now the menu is available only when I go under the administrator.
How to link an article to a clickebale button?

If i understand i t correctly, you like to make a menu-item wich is visible for evryone? Guests, members, moderators, admins.
If yes, then you can do it like this:
Admin > Structure > Menu
Choose your menu and click on add branche.
When u tyoe a menu item, and choose the page or something you like to link you can also click on advance.
There is a field, where you can type wich group can see this menu-item. If you leave it blank, everybody can see it.

- Ensure the "Only display if has permission" checkbox is NOT ticked for each menu item
- Make sure the article isn't in a members-only zone (if you don't have a single public zone and have the 'site' zone, guests can see your menu item permitted the option above is disabled, but won't be able to view the article if the zone is restricted)
Hope this helps too.
