OG: images issue

I ran into this strange thing for the start.htm page. On all the other ones it works as intended.

Looking up in the source code I have the below. Which in turn is being displayed when I'm trying to share on FB.
Website description is filled out and everything else is filled out in the adminzone site options.
og:description" content="Welcome to =========="  - this is literally what it shows

Struggling to locate where this can be changed.
og:image" content="themes/default/images/icons/48x48/menu/_generic_spare/page.png" />

Once again, the above OG's are being filled in correctly for the new and other pages.

If you don't enter a meta description for a page, it will auto-generate it from the content. I've improved the auto-generation code for the next patch release, but you should just edit the home page and edit the meta description to what you want.

As for og:image, you may want to edit the HTML_HEAD template and just put in your own image URL. For Comcode pages it can't by default detect what image to use as there's no meta-data for that. It is possible with advanced editing to add a new field, but it's complicated.

Hard coding it into HTML_head would cause all my other news pages to pull the same hard coded description info. Will just wait for an update.

Thank you Sir

That was referring to og:image only, most sites are probably happy to have a single OpenGraph image for the site.

For meta descriptions, you really do need to edit the home page to enter the one you want - the update will improve auto-generation, but for your own site it has already saved it into the database.

Where in the database can I manually change the saved value

It's the seo_meta table, but you just edit the Comcode page. It's under an expander named something like SEO.
