Is it concievable that an addon could be written to allow the direct transfer of True Points [in addition to Gift Points] between members?

EDIT: perhaps through the Point Store? I know there's a Bankr addon that allows members to temporarily deposit points into a 'bank account', might it be possible to create an addon that allows members to permanently deposit points into other members' accounts?

Might it be possible to create an addon that would allow members to spend True Points to buy Gift Points [without the need for Staff to be a middle-man as is the case with a Custom Product in the Points Store]?

It could be done like this, but it wouldn't really save any time.

If you need something quick and cheap and don't want to learn programming yourself, you could put the job up on an offshoring site like freelancer.com.

That was indeed part of what I had in mind when inquiring into addons, it seemed an addon would probably be easier or safer than altering core code [although having zero understanding of PHP as I do, that was a baseless assumption lol.]
