I have came across few issues during installation on my free testing hosting so I am looking for different hosting or considering going for paid option, but before I do that I would like to get some info. Unfortunately Requirment list did not answered all my questions so I would like to ask following:

1 - max_user_connections - I for sure know 3 is not enough (specialy for installation) so I was wondering how many users does Composr use?

2 - ini_restore - is this php function essential for Composr to run?

If anyone have proposition regarding good hosting for Composr please post it below as well ;)

Kind Regards
Greg

max_user_connections  – it's not that there's a specific requirement per-se. But if a page has AJAX or frames, or a few users are using at once, it's not surprising that it's going to need to parallelise things and hence hit up with issues on a free-host that has made a remarkably low limit.

ini_restore  – I don't think we need it. I guess the installer was complaining the host disabled it? I'll take a look.

max_user_connections – seems max_user limited to 3 is more of a issue then I initialy thought, it is showing even during making changes from admin zone, so limit have to be more then 3.

I am in process of setting up my own server so I will test this further, tho not sure when I will have results as I am not much of a wizard on technical side ;)

ini_restore - here is screenshot of the message from dashboard

I did not noticed any issues connected to this feature so far, tho if it is not needed it might be good to turn this off ;)

With the PHP functions, we define a subset of the ones PHP has, then insist on them being there. But I'm sure we can remove ini_restore from that list. It's probably safe to not have it right now.
