eCommerce is a very important feature on many content managed websites. Composr includes eCommerce features such as paid subscriptions and the shopping cart.

One feature which has the potential to benefit eCommerce website's is a pay and download feature
Making a payment to enable a single download link is an ideal eCommerce model to sell custom made music, audio, video, artwork, eBooks, and many other customised products.

It is currently the most popular request on the tracker and has been there for 5 years, so we'd like to get it sponsored.
If we can find around 10 people to pay around $21 each, we can get it implemented for our next version (version 11). That's sponsorship of 3 support credits per person.

Chris i have put a request into the committee to but credits. Unfortunately the meetings for money matters are every 6 weeks. I see no reason my request will be refused, sorry for the delay but set ups like ours move SLLoooowwwly. Especially if spending money.

Invoices i can authorize but most other forms of payments are restricted. I will add some credits to this once i get them.

Probably too much of a headache to get a committee to agree to this kind of thing, if you get them to cover that icon thing you've mentioned, that makes more sense to your needs in the medium-term I think.

I actually really want to develop this as something of a clean unification between the point-store and eCommerce systems, so they share as much architecture as possible. This should simplify Composr, while increasing functionality due to the shared feature pool.
