I am new to Compsr, have used several other CMS systemes, but found Composr interesting and wanted to give it a try.
My question is maybe lame, but under Themes it's no other themes to choose from. Is Themes something that wil come, or you have to design it by yourself?

We're sorely needing for third party contributions in this area frankly.
Back in version 7 we heavily invested in a set of 35ish paid themes, but we didn't get a decent number of sales to fund maintaining them unfortunately, and now to upgrade them to modern design standards with responsive design would be around $100k in combined cost, so I doubt we can do it. I'm considering us setting up something like a Patreon for that, but I'm skeptical whether we can raise the necessary money to do enough themes to the quality users would expect. It's not like something like Wordpress where just a few very basic things need designing, it's a huge system.
So for the time being we're at the mercy of our users releasing themes for others, or users making their own themes (or paying others to). Part of it is that design tends to be site-specific, and increasingly so, so releasing a good flexible theme is challenging and maybe against the average user's (who wants something unique) interest.

I understand that cost related to theme can become insane.
The downside not having any, is that the demand for skill using como.sr rise from little knowledge (installing and using) to high knowledge to make a thema and branding.
Maybe impossible, but:
If you take concrete 5 as a example:
They have a area for buying themes and plugins from developer. When you want to buy, you make an account and you add the theme or plugin to a project. You can move the theme or plugin to a other project, but the result is that a person can buy theme or plugin to be used one place. If you want to use it on 2 projects, you have to buy a new one)
The adventage of this: Skilled people get motivated to develop good themes, good plugins.
(sorry for bad english)
