Hello,

why it is not recommended to make an update? Actually, I just wanted to install an update to RC 18. Were there any bug fixes and changes, or what can you tell me about this?

Hi, you can see what has been fixed by checking the Tracker or looking at the commits on Github.

Am wondering what details to enter as am using v10RC17 to get the url to the tar file. 
Al my combinations aren't working.

Does it say "not necessary"? It's good to update, just this indicates there's no known major bugs or security holes, so you could be more casual about it.
