We don't do release dates I'm afraid as development schedules are largely driven by external feature sponsorship. Once everything has settled into place for a solid release (nothing is left hanging), we'll enter beta, and it'll leave beta once there has been roughly a 2 week period with no non-trivial bugs found.

We always recommend planning development based on the stable version that is already out.
