Sorry I missed this (notifications weren't coming for me), but try deleting themes/*/templates_cached/.htaccess.

Oh, I just saw you effectively solved it via a similar method.

This is caused by a bug in Apache.
I previously only thought it affected Windows-users.

The workaround is to delete the .htaccess file as described above.

The contents of the file will be commented out in the next patch release.
