I can't see a problem on your site actually. I've attached a screenshot showing how the icons work. It's CKEditor, and it's using sprites. Each icon is a part of a shared background image (icons.png), and then given a vertical offset into that image to select the right bit for the icon.

All I can think is if somehow cloudflare optimisations are causing some kind of issue, or perhaps some kind of browser plugin.

My screenshot is for the Link icon.

Rats. It's probably dumb Cloudflare again. It does this on multiple browsers and computers.
