I will fix this, however it won't be retroactive for existing installs, as it's a Custom Comcode tag.

You need to edit the Custom Comcode tag and change the replacement code from:
{$SET,VIDEO,{$PREG_REPLACE,(http://.*\?v=)?(http://youtu.be/)?
to
{$SET,VIDEO,{$PREG_REPLACE,(https?://.*\?v=)?(https?://youtu.be/)?
