Automated response: Ratings shown in thumbnail boxes can knock off the layout

Composr should not show likers in thumbnail boxes, as there's not space in many cases, and it is visually noisy. Only show when actually viewing the content itself.

Make a template change (i.e. customisable) that doesn't show likers for static display of ratings. Show them only on dynamic rating interfaces. Webmasters can thus put them back should they wish to.

As an aside Rishi, I tidied up the pagination on your front page a bit too, by simplifying paginations shown within front page columns.
