You've enabled the validation options in the configuration. It does warn they are slow and recommend not to enable them, but on some servers they are extremely slow. We'll try and optimise them and/or hide them.

Go to http://yoursite/?keep_novalidate=1 and navigate back to the configuration (Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > Site options) and disable the validation options.
