Try emptying the caches in the upgrader (/upgrader.php).

I saw another message come through about this by email but I can't see it below so maybe it was deleted. It referenced an error about the OpenSourceCMS Composr demo being broken - that's outside our control and people keep reporting problems, unfortunately it's not something I can look at.
