#6137 - Top bar menu does not function as expected

After checking this a bit more, the fresh install ran perfect using Edge but Chrome has issues. I deleted the cache files in Chrome then went into Admin Panel and used the cleanup tools on the site and went back to the home page in Chrome and everything works now...

Strange that no errors were given.

It's possible not all of the JavaScript was loading the first time(s).
