Also having issues with Pages. If I create a page in pages/comcode_custom/ES/ it doesn't seem to use that when Spanish language is selected. This was all working well when I used French and German a few years ago, so not sure if Spanish is cursed or this is a new issue.

What happens when you clear the comcode page and template caches after making those edits?
