Not something we want to mess with at the moment as CKEditor is a bit finicky.

I have had this issue too.

It's not something I have been able to fix / not currently willing to spend any more time on investigating as it's third party code.

Easy workaround: Right-click the misplaced yellow box in CKEditor, click copy, delete the box, place cursor where you want the box, and paste.
