I've been running tests, to try and get v11 a bit more stable again.

The 'points' test is failing when I test against phpBB forum driver (presumably all non-CNS forum drivers).

Patrick has essentially done this. #5055 is still open (MyBB), but phpBB is fully working which fulfills this issue.

Note just for tracker purposes: Points test was passing as of a couple days ago; the issue was member row cache was not being cleared between each test
