Automated response: Add CATEGORY_ID parameter to catalogue templates

There's currently no easy way to get the category ID from deep catalogue templates, which may be useful.

CATEGORY_TITLE would require additional database lookups, which would be a performance hit. But I've added CATEGORY_ID.
