I think that items with no sponsorship should not be shown. The idea behind this is to give high visibility to features already in the pipeline and partially-sponsored items that others can "top off". The latter would hopefully spur a "completion mentality" to help get features fully-sponsored.

Don't expect this to be sponsored, but adding time estimate for our own purposes.
