Default Google+, Twitter, and Facebook CPFs have been added. As with the IM CPFs, the profile screen has special handling for them -- in this case, giving them rel="me".

All the IM CPFs are no longer auto-created, except Skype:
Skype and Facebook are obviously the top ways people are chatting nowadays, and we don't want Composr to seem outdated.

That said, there is actually no case for usage of the IM networks declining much (http://www.businessinsider.com/chart-of-the-day-instant-messenger-services-2010-8). They continue to be popular with teenagers. So they're not removed from the code, just commented out - a simple command will reactivate them, which many of the importers do (because they can import the data).
