Check for these situations in Health Check (if not already)...

On a spam list
Have mail.add_x_header set
MAIL.tpl and MAIL.txt have different words
Your "Website e-mail address" is for an e-mail address hosted on another server and an SPF record exists
You don't have reverse DNS available on your server's IP address
Your server is giving an invalid HELO DNS addres
Reverse DNS and HELO do not match
DKIM not configured
DMARC not configured
List-Unsubscribe header not configured
