Yikes. I suggest editing the database though, shouldn't be too hard.

Just edit the appropriate record in the cms_f_members table.

Okay sounds quicker to do. Might be better to take the email address during install as clearly it's quite important. Might be easier than a check, I dunno :P

This was implemented. However, for completeness we should add the staff email address to the Setup Wizard, and copy it through to the admin account if the address there is blank.
