#2900 - Save before publish

Integration idea: Save as an "unpublished revision". Then, when going back to edit the content, the unpublished revision will be visible along the other revisions, and unpublished revisions can be loaded into the editor for publishing (just like undoing past changes).

Closing this as the preferred solution is to have a separate staging server (see #4718).
