Actually, they do seem to be there in phpmyadmin. I guess SQLYog is buggy, though it's been fine for all the years I've used it. Guess it just doesn't like Composr for whatever reason (though it's hit and miss, sometimes it does show the tables). Not sure what to make of this, but you can close it for now on that basis. Unless you have any ideas...
