This is overly-complex. For v11 Hybridauth addon: If an account was created with an FB login, an FB login works with it, else it won't. Nobody needs to switch TO a social network login if they already have a working native account. The old account binding feature is removed as that was intended for individuals wanting to syndicate out activity feed updates which isn't even possible on FB now and is frowned on everywhere for the spaminess of that.
