Can't reproduce, and the code wouldn't normally do it.

You'd have to have some situation where there was a &redirect=<url> in the URL, causing it to loop. I don't think any of our code even points direct to the privacy settings (except for the main link to it), so something very unusual must have created that redirect loop for you.
