Changing the Page parent does nothing to the URL. Set it to Start, set it to N/A, or set it to Composr and it keeps trying to load page=composr%2Fstart%2Fcookie-consent-themes

page=cookie-consent-themes works, even if it's not supposed to which I assume is correct as this page doesn't get entered into the system for use in menu's etc :P
