A fixer script has now been attached to this issue. Only run this if you have not had non-admin users editing admin content.
reset_comcode_ownership.php will reset all Comcode ownership to be that of the submitter of the resource it is attached to. For example, if you have a news article, the Comcode will be set to be owned by the submitter of that article.
Upload it, then open it up by URL (http://yourwebsite/reset_comcode_ownership.php). It should tell you it has finished and the SQL it has run (you don't need to run this SQL, it has been done for you). Then delete reset_comcode_ownership.php from your server.
