Partly implemented now, for the CPF choose-to-edit screen, which was the most critical case for this. This has been done in coordination with #206.

There will be a sort-by selector in the interface.

There will be no explicit order field, but it will be possibly to order by image filename, which corresponds to image-taken-time according to normal digital camera naming conventions.
It's not perfect, but I don't want to bloat the UI and code, and manually setting ordering isn't really that interesting.
