#145 - Payment gateway: authorize.net support

This is a spacer post for a website comment topic. The content this topic relates to: #145 - Payment gateway: authorize.net support
improved_local_payment.zip is now merged into the feature__authorize_net branch, which I intend to merge into the v11 branch later.
The tracker contains issues for all the internationally robust payment gateways now that aren't currently implemented. Ones not included are either:
- Too regional (e.g. only Russia, East Asia, India, UK)
- Too corporate and unpopular (e.g. ones directly owned by credit card companies or banks or conglomerates, that are really obscure outside enterprise use, and likely clunky and full of bureaucracy)
- Out of business
- Taken over by bigger companies and essentially deprecated
- Have terrible reputations and not very popular anyway
- Aren't based on credit cards (e.g. bitcoin payment)
- Don't have APIs for use as a payment gateway (e.g. some of the money sending services)
- Are for mobile rather than web
