Thank Chris, but unfortunately I've never done anything like this with my site before and I'd hate to screw it up. I have over 2 years in developing my site and have messed it up a couple of times which turned out to be mild nightmares. Can you possibly walk me through it step by step so I can avoid making any mistakes?
