It's actually deliberate to not enforce the accept settings on here, as mass-adding is considered a fairly privileged activity, and it'd be a pain in some situations to have some of the mass-added media filtered out.

That said, if a gallery allows neither images or videos, we will now not allow mass-adding to it.
