I Can not run setup Wizard from step 4. Fyi: i am using LAMP stack in google cloud hosting. The responses are either blank or appearing this comment:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

Critical error – bailing out
This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.

There's been a bit of a case of a chicken and egg with this relaunch - the site, the release, the addons, all had an interconnection, so until beta1 fully these areas couldn't all be tested together. Beta 2 should be a lot more stable.
