Are they any options for integrating video chat into composr?

Ideally I would like to be able to chat with my members or to hold a group video conference.

I'm not so concerned about member to member video chat. 

Any thoughts?

We discuss it in the main chat room tutorial. Essentially it would be an enormous undertaking to do (like a full project in its own right needing its own team), needing special server software, and a dedicated server. However, there are some 3rd-party services out there that let you start up adhoc video chats very easily.
