Hello,

I live in a community that lacks an events magazine or website so I plan to develop a website that will feature events for the community.

I know some amazing wordpress themes are geared towards this but I have researched and want to avoid wordpress and want to develop this with composr as the system.

I would like to ask you all for advice, 

like to have the main page show events...

any ideas?
