Updating
Trying to update to newes version
HiI have tried to update to newest version two times, and both times the web hotel is blocking/looking down my domain, teling me the program is sending a lot of mails.
Is there a problem with the new wersion ?

Just responding so you don't feel your post is being ignored. The lead developer is a little bit distracted with life at the moment but I am sure any upgrade issues (if they are due to Composr) will be resolved in the next few weeks.

I'm sorry for the very long delay in replying.
You can temporarily disable e-mails by adding this to the end of the _config.php file:
One possibility is that a large number of error e-mails are being generated.
Sometimes some kind of error can cause that, although it is limited to 50 per day.
Do you see a lot if you look at the contents of the data_custom/errorlog.php file?
Another possibility is spammers combined with notifications. If many members have notifications enabled and spammers are spamming comment forms / forums, that can lead to a lot of e-mails going out.
You can see some of the e-mails sent from the e-mail log. Admin Zone > Audit > E-mail queue/log. A few things aren't included here, like error e-mails sent directly to ocProducts though.

Check the spam box if it sucks in messages, this also causes problems
