That'll work but I'm sure there's a much more simpler way of achieving this. The copyright setting uses $CURRENT_YEAR but this doesn't seem to output anything when surrounding it in brackets and using within a Comcode page.

Clever solution.
Here's the clean way:
{$FROM_TIMESTAMP,%Y}

$CURRENT_YEAR is not a real Tempcode symbol, it's something interpreted elsewhere within Composr.
