Last week, I added an RSS  news feed to my blog but I am not satisfied with the result. I can only see the preview of the article, which may be the way the site I am getting the feed from sends it out. I also needed to make a couple of changes for its display. 
For now, I want to delete that RSS feed but unable to understand how it can be done.

I think you are saying you added an RSS block to a page.

If you edit the page you can delete the button represented the block using normal text editing, or double click it and there's a delete button on the form.
